How is an AI or engineering project priced?
After a scoping call we send a written proposal with approach, timeline and a price: a fixed fee for the 4-week pilot and for fixed-scope projects, a monthly fee for a dedicated team, and a per-role rate for staff augmentation. Code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation are handed over at the end.
What does the 4-week AI Pilot include?
One use case, your documents or data, and a production-shaped assistant with cited answers: week one frames and grounds, weeks two and three build and evaluate, week four hands over with a roadmap. It is a fixed fee, scoped in a single call, and you keep everything.
Is ad spend included in the growth retainers?
No — management fees are shown. Ad spend is billed separately at cost with no markup, paid directly to Google or Meta from your own ad accounts, which you own.
Is there a setup fee or minimum term?
No setup fee and no minimum term on growth retainers. They run month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and the first month's management fee is covered by our money-back promise. Engineering engagements follow the milestones in the proposal.
Which currency do you invoice in?
GBP by default for UK clients. We also invoice in USD and PKR — tell us what suits your finance team.
Do you work with agencies on partner rates?
