Will our data train the model?
No. Your content grounds answers at request time — it is retrieved, cited and discarded. We deploy on enterprise tiers of Google Cloud, Azure or AWS where provider terms exclude training, or on-premise inside your own perimeter.
What stops the assistant making things up?
Grounding. Answers are built from retrieved passages in your approved sources and cite them. When the sources don't support an answer, the assistant declines rather than guesses — and that behaviour is part of the evaluation set we hand over.
Can our security and compliance teams review it?
Yes — that's the point. Least-privilege IAM, encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging and a documented authorisation boundary. Our delivery lead is CISSP-certified and happy to sit in the review.
Which cloud do you work on?
